The Alcohol Education Guide was developed to facilitate a structured and comprehensive approach to alcohol education. It walks users through program development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, and provides a list of well-evaluated alcohol education and prevention programs/interventions. At the end of the guide is a worksheet to help users consider their own potential programs.
The International Center for Alcohol Policies' (ICAP) Alcohol Education Guide to Reducing Harmful Drinking was published in 2014. Later in 2014, ICAP merged with the Global Alcohol Producers Group (GAPG) to form the International Alliance for Responsible Drinking (IARD). Please note that some information, data, and web addresses in this document may be defunct or obsolete.
